Stay on the safe side: With the S-pushTAN app you can get your savings bank's practical and secure approval process on your phone or tablet. Use an advanced, mobile security procedure when banking online with pushTAN.

IT'S VERY SIMPLE

• When banking online with your smartphone, tablet or computer, you place your orders there and send them.

• The S-pushTAN app always shows you the details of the order. You check the data and release the order simply and easily - done.

• Can be used for all TAN or orders requiring approval: transfers, submitting or changing standing orders, securities and service orders and much more.

Let's get started after activation by your savings bank

You can start with the S-pushTAN app if you are registered for the pushTAN procedure and you have your personal registration letter:

1 - Apply for the pushTAN procedure at your savings bank or switch from your previously used procedure to the pushTAN procedure online at your savings bank's internet branch.

2 - Download the S-pushTAN app free of charge onto your smartphone or tablet.

3 - Start setting up the S-pushTAN app as soon as you have received the registration letter from your savings bank.

SECURITY

• The S-pushTAN app communicates in encrypted form via tested interfaces. It ensures secure data transfer in accordance with German online banking regulations.

• Access to S-pushTAN is protected by a password you choose and optionally by fingerprint or facial recognition.

• The app locks itself automatically after a short period of time. This means your data is protected as much as possible even if you lose your smartphone or tablet.

NOTES

• In order to use pushTAN, you need activation from your savings bank and a registration letter for the first setup.

• In order to use the current version of the app, you need at least Android 6 on your smartphone or tablet.

• If your smartphone or tablet is rooted or you are using a beta version of the operating system, S-pushTAN will not run on it. The important high security standards for the mobile banking we offer cannot be guaranteed on manipulated devices.

• Please do not deny S-pushTAN any of the requested permissions when setting it up, as these are necessary for the app to work smoothly.

• The app is free, but you may incur costs to use it. Please note the information provided by your savings bank.
